লেনদেন হিসাবগোপনীয়তা নীতি
"লেনদেন হিসাব" দোকানদারদের বাকি ও জমার হিসাব রাখার অ্যাপ। এই পাতায় লেখা আছে অ্যাপ কী তথ্য রাখে, কোথায় রাখে, কেন রাখে এবং আপনি কীভাবে তা মুছতে পারেন।
কী তথ্য রাখা হয়
- আপনার হিসাব: দোকানের নাম; ক্রেতা ও সরবরাহকারীর নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ও নোট (যা আপনি লেখেন); বাকি/জমার এন্ট্রি (টাকার অঙ্ক, তারিখ, নোট, জমার মাধ্যম); পরিশোধের প্রতিশ্রুতি।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট (সিংক চালু করলে): ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড (পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করা থাকে, কেউ দেখতে পায় না); ইচ্ছা হলে আপনার নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর ("মালিকের পরিচয়")।
- কর্মচারী: মালিক যে কর্মচারী যোগ করেন তাঁর নাম ও ইউজারনেম, আর কোন এন্ট্রি কে লিখেছেন।
- নোটিফিকেশন: ঘোষণা পাঠানোর জন্য ফোনের পুশ টোকেন (সেটিংস থেকে বন্ধ করা যায়)।
- ব্যবহারের সময়: অ্যাপ শেষ কখন সিংক হয়েছে ও অ্যাপের সংস্করণ (সহায়তা ও সমস্যা খোঁজার জন্য)।
- কন্টাক্ট: আপনি "কন্টাক্ট থেকে যোগ" বাছলে শুধু যে কন্টাক্টটি বেছে নেন তার নাম ও নম্বর নেওয়া হয়। পুরো কন্টাক্ট তালিকা কোথাও পাঠানো হয় না।
- সহায়তার ইমেইল: আপনি নিজে "মতামত পাঠান" থেকে ইমেইল পাঠালে তাতে আপনার লেখা, নাম, দোকান, ইমেইল, মোবাইল, ফোনের মডেল, Android সংস্করণ ও অ্যাপ সংস্করণ যায়। পাঠানোর আগে আপনি সব দেখতে পান।
আমরা লোকেশন, IMEI, সিম নম্বর, ছবি বা ফাইল নিই না। বিজ্ঞাপন নেই, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য কোনো ট্র্যাকিং নেই।
কোথায় থাকে
- সব হিসাব প্রথমে আপনার ফোনেই থাকে; ইন্টারনেট ছাড়াও অ্যাপ চলে।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলে সিংক চালু করলে হিসাবের কপি নিরাপদ ক্লাউড সার্ভারে (Supabase) থাকে, যাতে ফোন হারালে বা বদলালে ফেরত পান এবং কর্মচারীরা একই দোকানের হিসাব দেখতে পারেন।
- সিংক বন্ধ থাকলে কোনো হিসাব ফোনের বাইরে যায় না।
কেন ব্যবহার হয় ও কে দেখতে পায়
- শুধু অ্যাপের কাজের জন্য: হিসাব দেখানো, সিংক, রিমাইন্ডার, কর্মচারী ব্যবস্থা ও সহায়তা।
- আপনার দোকানের হিসাব দেখেন শুধু আপনি ও আপনার যোগ করা কর্মচারীরা।
- অ্যাপ নির্মাতা সহায়তার জন্য শুধু অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য (ইমেইল, নাম, মোবাইল) ও শেষ সিংকের সময় দেখেন; ক্রেতার নাম বা টাকার অঙ্ক দেখার ব্যবস্থা রাখা হয়নি।
- আমরা কারো তথ্য বিক্রি করি না, বিজ্ঞাপনদাতাকে দিই না।
- ক্রেতাকে মেসেজ যায় আপনার নিজের WhatsApp, Messenger বা SMS অ্যাপ দিয়ে, আপনি পাঠালে তবেই।
মোছা ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ
- অ্যাপের ভেতরে দোকান আর্কাইভ বা চিরতরে মুছে ফেলা যায়; মুছলে সার্ভার থেকেও মোছে।
- ক্রেতা বা সরবরাহকারীর তথ্য যেকোনো সময় বদলাতে পারেন।
- পুরো অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সব তথ্য মুছতে চাইলে অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে kamal.hossan35@gmail.com ঠিকানায় লিখুন; ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেওয়া হবে।
নিরাপত্তা
সার্ভারের সঙ্গে সব যোগাযোগ এনক্রিপ্ট (HTTPS) করা; প্রত্যেকে শুধু নিজের দোকানের তথ্য পড়তে পারে, এমন নিয়ম ডেটাবেসেই বসানো। তবু ইন্টারনেটে কোনো ব্যবস্থাই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়, তাই পাসওয়ার্ড কাউকে দেবেন না।
শিশু
অ্যাপটি ব্যবসার জন্য; ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয়।
পরিবর্তন ও যোগাযোগ

Privacy Policy
Lenden Hisab is a credit ledger app for shopkeepers. This page explains what the app stores, where, why, and how you can delete it.
What we store
- Your records: shop name; names, phone numbers, emails and notes of customers and suppliers that you enter; credit/payment entries (amount, date, note, payment method); payment promises.
- Account (if you turn on sync): email and password (stored encrypted); optionally your name and mobile number ("Owner details").
- Staff: names and usernames of staff the owner adds, and who wrote each entry.
- Notifications: a push token to send announcements (can be turned off in Settings).
- Usage time: when the app last synced and the app version (for support and troubleshooting).
- Contacts: when you choose "add from contacts", only the contact you pick is read. Your contact list is never uploaded.
- Support email: if you send feedback, the email includes your message, name, shop, email, mobile, phone model, Android version and app version. You see all of it before sending.
We do not collect location, IMEI, SIM numbers, photos or files. There are no ads and no ad tracking.
Where it is stored
Records are stored on your phone first and the app works offline. If you create an account and turn on sync, a copy is kept on a secure cloud server (Supabase) so you can restore it and share a shop with staff. With sync off, nothing leaves your phone.
How it is used and who can see it
Only to run the app: showing records, sync, reminders, staff features and support. Your shop's records are visible only to you and the staff you add. The developer sees only account details (email, name, mobile) and the last sync time for support, not customer names or amounts. We never sell data or share it with advertisers. Messages to customers are sent through your own WhatsApp, Messenger or SMS app, only when you send them.
Deletion and control
You can archive or permanently delete a shop in the app; deletion also removes it from the server. To delete your whole account and all data, email kamal.hossan35@gmail.com from your account email; it will be deleted within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and database rules let each user read only their own shops. No system on the internet is 100% secure, so keep your password private.
Children
The app is for businesses and not intended for children under 13.
